Prepare Your Package
Place the unworn footwear or accessories in their original box and secure them inside a shipping carton with the provided prepaid label attached.
Drop Off the Shipment
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to begin the transit process back to our warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
